Yup, I hated it. And when I moved last year, it was summer in South Arkansas. upper 90s to triple digit temps, man.
I almost had a heat stroke.

yeah moving blows.... especially when it's long distance moving.
trying to find a new pad to live when you cant go check out the place without a 4+ hr drive is no bueno.
(just moved myself right before may to lansing mi from chicago area)
