I need a good wireless router that has a handful of nodes since I have so many things around here using a router. Just a good wireless router thats solid, easy to setup and decently priced.
What do some of you guys use?

Mostly the 4500 has G and N and also 2.4/5 GHz wireless and gigabit Ethernet ports.

Bumping this...
Heres a question guys, what aspect of the router is key to it being a good router? Like if i dont have to spend 150-170 bucks it would be nice.
Im looking at the 100ish dollar routers and whats the major difference, just weaker connections?

I have no idea what you mean by nodes :S. A decent router shouldn't have trouble with a few wireless connections. If you have a big house, you might have problems with signal strength far away from the router or through multiple walls/floors. I have the opposite problem, and am in a fairly densely populated apartment area, so I get lots of noise on the 2.4GHz (Wireless G) channels. If you can work your way around dd-wrt, I wouldn't recommend anything more than something that supports Wireless-N and gigabit ethernet ports (useful for LAN/WLAN transfers). Something like this: www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320038. If signal strength is a worry, well, I don't really know what to recommend. High-db antennas? Also not a bad idea to poke around newegg and read reviews.

Heres my main question...the way my pc is acting, i wish there was a way to decipher IF its my router. I think it is.
Like it will work fine, but then sometimes pages will start to half load...and then the little 2 computers at the bottom screen showing connectivity will blink back and forth a bit, then ill get a yellow icon over it. I then gotta disconnect my router and replug it in and ill get connection again. It varies when this happens.
Does that sound like a router to you guys?

Sounds like a router issue but I always troubleshoot it by just hardwiring with the cat cable straight to model (bypassing router) and see if issues go away.
Of course you lose connection to your other devices while troubleshooting but it could possibly save you $50 or more.

My router did exactly the same. I sent it back to RMA, i'm waiting for their answer. By the way, it was a Belkin N+ router. I hope they can't fix the problem and give me my money back, because i want to buy a Linksys E4200.

My question is that i have the upgraded speed with comcast, do i need a special router to cover that speed? Or are regular wireless routers just good enough?

Generally you will never get the amount of speed from your ISP that would make your router the bottleneck.
802.11B - 11 Mbps 802.11G - 54 Mbps 802.11N - Up to 300 Mbps
What are you getting from Comcast?

Oh i know that, but i didnt know if getting a higher blast of speed would be possible with a better router or one that caters too it. I have their 50mbps package, and this is an old router as is..its bout 6 years old or so.

Wireless G could potentially bottleneck your Internet. You could get a wireless N router, but then you would also need to buy a wireless N card for your PC.
If you use a wired connection, then any new router will work fine.
