Added manage/view your bookmarks below quick reply

When you subscribe to a thread, you can quick manage them via selecting manage/view them below quick reply.

Makes it alot faster and simpler to manage these instead of going into your profile.

I expanded the "reply boxes" for posting, they are a good bit bigger now.
