What could be our first community game night?

Whats a game everyone is playing, or anticipating, that we can all jump in and play with a game night eventually? Just looking to mull around ideas, see what any of you think.

Once we establish something we can place it in the Community gaming section and update it, discuss it etc...as needed.

If I were able to make it I'd be down for Killzone 3, Halo Reach, Warhawk, Uncharted 2

I'm looking forward to picking up SOCOM 4 when I get back, as well as Starhawk, and Uncharted 3

I could do Uncharted 2 and Reach right now if thats what eventually we setup, i actually havent played Reach at all yet so id be everyones bitch

I sold Reach about a month ago, but I regret it because I've been wanting to play it again. I'll try to get it back and I would like that play it again. I also own Moder Warfare 2 (Xbox 360)
As for the PS3, I only have World at War, would like to play zombies , Little Big Planet, and I would really like to play Demons Souls with 3 people. It wouldnt be much of a community, but I really like the game

Ha, by all means though Moderator if you want to make a Demons Souls community night just slap it in there. Im sure people will find their way in! I love Demons Souls but i havent been back too it in a good while, so id be worthless

Yea get Halo back! That may be a fast and quick community night setup if others think so.

Well on the ps3, Madden 11 or Uncharted 2 instantly come to mind...Plus, those are the only good multi player games I own.

On the 360, Gears of War 2 and this is an oldie but I loved playing Shadowrun. Shadowrun would be awesome with a group from here.

Reach would be cool. I have played through the campaign, but no co-op and just a trickle of multi-player.

I would also be willing to buy something new. No PS3 though.

I just started playing again with the old ign (now BC) steam group. Every Tues night we would play TF2 for about 2 hours. I stopped playing for about a year due to life getting in the way and then losing interest. But I just got back into it and rediscovered the immense fun. TF2 is probably the best multi player game I've ever played. We should do that sometime.

The game is cheap ($9.99). And TF2 can run nicely on pretty much any computer (notwithstanding netbooks and older laptops).

Since we all have different systems, but obviously all have a computer or we wouldn't be posting here, I think that is really the best bet for creating a community game. It's a cheap game, that's a ton of fun, and we can all play it.

Let me know if you guys are interested and I'll create a steam group for us.

I would play some Reach. I would also consider buying TF2. You can play it cross-platform (Mac - PC) so I would be able to get in on this.

Picking the platform seems to be a big concern in itself. I'd be willing to consider buying TF2 on PC if everyone else is keen.

I don't have ssf4 either. TF2 is a light hearted, super balanced team game. It's just a lot of fun. Many different classes to suit your style of play. If you rather not be an aggressive type of player, you can be a medic and potentially rack up the most points by healing teamates. It's usually capture the point or try to move a cart from point A to point B.

I have TF2 on the Orange Box for 360. I think I played it before but I don't remember. ;D

I'm up for Halo Reach or Gears of War 2 as well.

Don't have anything multiplayer on the PS3 and PSN is still down, anyway. I might be willing to pick up Street Fighter IV though since I know where I can get it for $15 new.

Dont realy do any console gaming at all. Especialy shooters and the like. Not good at them at all. Ive got a few PC games if you know what you wana play let me know mostly Battlefield games is what i have and play.

We could all play Wolfenstein Enemy Territory or we can all play Quake 3 Arena. I'm not sure what other old PC games my laptop could handle. (both are free)
