Atelier Rorona, how was it?

I missed it and still want to pick it up but did anyone else get too it? Was it anything like the PS2 Atelier Iris games?

From what I've played so far, the crafting is similar. However, that is all there really is to this game. I am either gathering materials for crafting or crafting. It's really not much like Atelier Iris at this point. You get some random cutscenes to see that offers some character development, but most of the time it's just crafting. I think it has much more in common with Mana Khemia than the Atelier Iris games. I played through 7 chapters of Mana Khemia, and I'm still looking for the plot. Honestly, I think Gust needs to abandon these games, because they have really lost their touch.

Bummer to hear keadil! Maybe oneday if Rorona drops to like 20 bucks ill step into it just to own it and give it a whirl, but thats ashame it doesnt play or feel like Atelier Iris.
