Beat me to the punch Seth, I just came on to post the exact same thing.
One word: Incredible. I walked away impressed. One thing that was off was when he smiled or smirked at the action figure, it didn't look natural.
Just a note, that this isn't for any upcoming or pre-existing game it's purely a tech demo right now. But I don't see them spending all this time on a graphics engine and not using it.

Looks good. Let's just hope whatever they make next doesn't have the abomination of a story that was Star Ocean: The Last Hope.
Resonance of Fate was awesome though. Everyone needs to play that.
