I'm really torn on this one. I absolutely love the atmosphere and vibe of the game, but I'm concerned that the puzzle aspect will wear thin by the end. I also thought the demo was a bit difficult . I hope that seriously wasn't the second stage or else I know the difficulty would ramp up 10 fold. Also, I am starting to get in to PC gaming - that Steam summer sale put buying games into a whole new perspective. I no longer can imagine spending $60 on a title. Anyways, what are your thoughts on Catherine?

Wait for the price drop then. As a primary PC gamer the Steam sales make it hard for me to pay full price for a game unless the game is multiplayer so I want to get it immediately to play with friends or there is a really nice collectors edition of a game I like with something nice in it I really want. Catherine is an interesting game definitely worth picking up if you like puzzle games. It can be quite difficult at times and you might have to drop the difficulty to easy on your first play through as I did after much frustration.
