EA came through for me today

So I got the itch to play some Dragon Age Origins, well hells bells ...my disc is gone.

I searched the better part of the afternoon and just no luck, im pissed. But anyways i got an EA rep to chat with their support, was talkin to him within 3 minutes id say. And i just asked if i could pay even for a replacement disc and hes like well no we only cover damaged discs really, im like....sucks.

Then he goes "wait"...

And then he just said he would issue me a downloadable Ultimate Edition. So i am downloading it now I thought that was pretty cool of the guy, so im downloading it now.

What does the Ultimate Edition have that the collectors doesnt?

Hey Seth, you still downloading? I think the Ultimate Edition has all the DLC that was released, including Awakening which was a $40 add on alone. You got a hella deal dude. And kudos to the rep from EA for dropping you such a good deal.

Although im having trouble getting this DLC content to show up, its saying unauthorized and i been working on this for like 2 hours now...this is so frustrating.

Im just really annoyed right now, i need to walk away from my computer a bit.

27 gigs downloaded earlier...i fire up the game and none of the content is authorized. Bioware and EAs freaking sites have about 13 different places to view this stuff, then there is Origin which is some downloader i guess...i download 27 gigs and the game doesnt even work. I been trying numerous things here for the last couple hours and i figure ill uninstall and just reinstall and see what happens.

Anyone else deal with this at all? Where your content just wont authorize?

I got it from that EA store Origin...there is a license key, is that the only key that comes with the ultimate edition? Or is there that, PLUS a DLC key?
