I've got to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with these games. They really blew me away with the graphics, the fun battle scenes, etc. The only things that bugged me were the lack of use for the touch screen - I enjoyed HG and SS where the menu was the touch screen - and they took away the Pokemon following you around which I found fun at times. Like, *turn around* Aww, hey little buddy

So, anyone else think these are a major improvement from the other games? Sure the new Pokemon are fairly dull and you can't get the originals right off the bat like normal but hey, it's something new.

Also, what's your party like so far? I haven't beaten the game yet and I don't really know any of the Pokemon's actual names but I'll try my best to think of them.

Plus the many more I've caught. I've got to give the honorable mention to my crappiest Pokemon, It's aCat! (Liepard).

So, what Pokemon do you have with you in your game? Do you have any reserves in case of emergencies - gym battles, etc.?
