The AMC marathon I missed over the weekend due to camping got me interested. I've seen at least part of it, but I was a little kid and that was years ago and I recall next to nothing about it. So I borrowed my Dad's DVD copy and launched it today. I'm not much for westerns, so so far, I'm loving it! Just thought I'd share.  |

That good? I actually never watched it but I think you've given me an idea to do so, I wonder if it's on 360 Netflix. Thanks for the headsup CN! It holds a 100% fresh rating from Rotten Tomatoes. Oh, and it's a miniseries, so it's like 6 hours total or something close to that. I got thru the first half today, I'll have to finish it on Friday when I'm off again. |

Sounds like a good weekend to plan for the wife and I, i just never gave it thought to watch it. But now that i think about how much of a classic it is, im ashamed that i havent watched the series yet.

Seth...  You should be ashamed of yourself!!  I hate 99% of westerns. Gotta say that Lonesome Dove is well worth the watch, though. Duvall and Tommy Lee = awesomeness  |
