After tonights 7 shut out innings he is at 30 and 1/3 staight innings of shut out ball. Just filthy. Damn if the Phillies offense every gets clicking they will be unstoppable. As a Mets fan I just do this because I really want to do this .

It saddens me to say but that's probably the best team in all of baseball right there.
Wonder if Oswalt can come back healthy this year. Back injuries wreck seasons.

What was Hersheiser's record for scoreless innings again? 50 something?
Yes, Philly's pitching is ridiculous and it is making up for a lot of what they are missing right now...obviously the best team.

That rotation is just ridiculous, clearly the best in baseball. I'm still more of a Halladay fan being he came from the Jays, but there is no denying Cliff Lee is an amazing talent.

I have always thought that Halladay was the best pitcher in baseball. I think he doesn't get the credit or the talk as much because he has been great for so long. People are so use to him dominating that when he does it we are numb to it. But Halladay and Lee together. That should be illegal.
