I used to be a solid 7/10 when i was in shape at 185 pds with 8% body fat and had the cool shaved head/goatee thing going.
Now days im a not so solid probably 5/10 at a NOT in shape 215 with a full beard. Ah well, what the hell can you do? Im too damn tired and lazy to do anything about lol
