Yeah, Neo. BTW, as important as this decision was for games its great to see all the written support for this decision from the G.O. If you or I get in a car crash today (knock on wood) that support is cut by 50%.

Well, you don't have to worry about me. I work from home, and I didn't have any plans on taking the car out today.

This is good news for the medium, the industry, the consumer and the citizen.

I'm a rather big supporter of government intervention in many facets of our country, but creative media is one of the places I draw the line; it's simply too subjective to begin to cutoff what you think won't be appropriate. And even then, you're stacking it on a system that does the exact same thing without government fines (there are actually fines to those who break ESRB, they just aren't government-related).
My favorite thing is that this isn't a group of people (the judges) who game, or probably even know someone closely who games, some even seem to detest the medium, but as Justice Scalia said when this decision was released; "disgust is not a valid basis for restricting expression".

Heard about this today! I couldn't be any happier. It is doubtless that if this law passed it would've had a spiral effect and lead to FAR worse things.

Good, because the government shouldn't be stepping in to parent our kids for us.

Maybe they'll finally get it through their thick skulls that they can't constitutionally try to pass laws like this.

The whole thing is ridiculous in the first place. You have a whole bunch of people who probably never even watched or played a video game and they are making claims about what it is doing to society. Let parents do the parenting.
