I really want to like Class of Heroes but....

So I really want to like Class of Heroes but I'm completely failing at the game. I know the game is tough but my party just feels terrible.

Does anyone know of a good starting guide or have any suggestions?

If anyone needs to know my party I will update again once I look at the game again.
