What specific cross-class combos do you use in Dragon Age 2 to wreck face? I'm still early in the game and would like to build my party up to take full advantage of these combos.

The only cross-class combo that I have used regularly has been Warrior's Shield Bash upgraded with Pummel to give 100% chance of Staggering the opponent. Then use a rogue's Explosive Strike upgraded with Merciless Strike to deal 400% damage to the staggered opponent.
