This might have been covered in the draft thread, but I wanted to see what everyone's NFL team is.
I'm a Saints fan, but my guilty conscience team is the Ravens.

Saints, but I have always secretly liked the Panthers as well (they have the coolest logo, IMO).

. A fellow Saints fan, cool. Are you from the area, been from the area, or just a fan of the team? I'm originally from California and now I live in Georgia. ;D I became a fan of the Saints because one of my housemates' parents are big fans. We went out to a restaurant and watched one of the games and it was really exciting. The Saints usually manage to pull off crazy wins. That was the year they won the Superbowl.

Kansas City Chiefs! Yeah, they suck and whatnot, but I grew up in a household where we worshiped these guys along with the state football team. My dad still has his Chiefs helmet with the teams autographs covering it on top of his ancient widescreen tv. All that and, as a kid, KC Wolf was my hero.

Bills #1
Packers #2
However, I have always had a soft spot for the Pennsylvania teams, Pitt and Philly.
...it's my late father's home State.
Honestly Bing and Seth the SB was a little bit of a tough one for me this year.

Hated it then, hated it now. It was really, really stupid.
All he had to do was keep his head up, and that was a nasty hit that might even knock the ball loose. Instead, he put his head down and went for the spear. Since he couldn't see, they went helmet-to-helmet. Rest is history.
I'm a fan of big hits, it's football. But seriously, do it right. You're taught the minute you put on pads to keep your head up to avoid that crap. It's hard enough to get kids to do it, but then they see all these pros going for huge hits. Ray Lewis did this crap against the Jets Tight End.
Bleh.

Ha Ha! We could have quite a debate on this subject. But I think McGahee, as a ball-carrier, was just as in control of this hit as Clark was. Both lowered their heards to make contact. McGahee was in no way defenseless. And this was before all of the crazy concussion rule changes swept the league.

I can see the argument.
Something I can say is that it's easier to keep your head up when you're delivering a blow than taking one. It's almost natural as a ball carrier to go fetal (heh).
It's such line toeing thing. On the one hand, you don't want to cuff hands behind the back. On the other, I see hits where guys literally put their helmet down and go in for a spear.
I'll say this though: The one's where both players fall away holding their heads and/or out cold, you KNOW someone messed up.

49er Faithful. Through the good times and the bad. I'd be excited right now. Those Harbaugh brothers are no joke, I think you guys are in for some good years ahead. It's too bad most new coaches aren't given the time these days. Instant results are expected.
