Now, I really don't mean to post every game you have, but post some of your games that you want to play together at some point so we all have an idea as to what others have.
For example, the games I wish to play with you guys are :

Well for me I got NHL 11 that id most likely play a league in.
Halo Reach
Borderlands
Gears 1 or 2
Uncharted 2
Those seem the popular ones currently, i have some others but id really be interested in doing a halo or borders night maybe, depending on what borders has in the online aspect.

Ahh good ole Borderlands. My cousin and I were just playing that earlier. We can't seem to make Crawmerax lose any energy. He is a pain in the ass. I went on line to check out some tips but none seem to help.
Who doesn't love Gears 2! Awesome co op game.

I'm kind of burned out on Halo multiplayer but part of that is never being able to play with people I know, so if anyone wants to play I may be up for it.

I keep forgetting that this is a mulitplatfrom page. The above games I mentinoned before are on Xbox 360...needed to add in Forza 3  PS3 Rock Band 1,2,Ac/Dc PC Unreal 3 Borderlands (yes, i have it on both Xbox and PC) Splinter Cell Conviction (yes...both as well ) Left 4 Dead 1,2 I wish I could post Dreamcast games Marvel vs Capcom 2 NFL 2K, 2K1 |

Aside from Mount & Blade: With Fire and Sword on PC I don't really play much MP. I don't have Warband either so I can only MP on With Fire and Sword (which is awesome BTW). Also my pings kinda suck with most populated servers in that game (~150 usually).
Otherwise I might give MK on X360 a whirl online sometime.

As for myself I'd love to gather 3 others and play Borderlands, I've been away from the game for too long. I'm also a big player of games like Catan, Ticket to Ride, etc. so if we have a number of people interested in those, I'm game.

Well, based on the games you guys posted here, i'm going to post the ones i have and i want to play (some of them i didn't even start :x). And by the way, i'm more of a co-op player than a competitive player.
