Currently dead - Sabertooth, Jean Grey, and Nightcrawler. Those are the ones that jump to mind.
Bruce Wayne just returned from being dead, so did Steve Rogers while Bucky served as Captain America, who actually still is. Rogers is now the head law enforcement guy in the United States, for got what is official title is. I do think he will return to being Cap though.

I couldn't explain it to save my life. Grant Morrison is so out there some times. I think when Darkseid shot Batman with the Omega Effect, it like sent Batman thru like a time wrap or something. So Bruce traveled thru various eras to get back to the present time. I know I have butchered that explanation but it's the best I can get you, LOL!
