Don't know if anyone else is a fan of Silverchair but they posted on facebook that they are breaking up.
These guys started out sounding like Nirvana but ending up making some really diverse original sounding stuff. "Diorama" was a great album! I highly recommend it if anyone hasn't heard it.

Ha, yeah, me neither. I haven't heard or thought of them in many years. I wonder if they still toured at all before the breakup.

I'm sorry, Silverchair was my favorite band on earth from the time that Frogstomp came out up through Neon Ballroom. I went and got Young Modern at Bestbuy last year, Hands down that's the worst album I've ever heard. And I've heard some pretty bad stuff.
It gets my WTF award. Listen to the first track of that CD, if you can make it through the first track without turning it off, you're a better man than I am.
