Did anyone watch the new Scream movie? I was a big fan of the original and liked the sequels alright. Just wondering if this new one was any good, anyone see it?

quite a few (if not all) of my female friends went to see it, they swear it's the best one since the first.
I haven't seen it though and I don't plan to.

I've seen all the others and wouldn't mind seing this one, but my husband isn't inclined to go with me. And I hate going to the movies by myself.
I'll probably just rent it when it comes out. Maybe I'll have given in and gotten Netflix by then.

Saw it opening weekend, was enjoyable, but was trying to keep itself to hip and cool through out of it, so kind of lost what made the original trilogy enjoyable.
