All I can think of is obvious stuff like Sixth Sense, Usual Suspects, Primal Fear, The Others, Memento, 12 Monkeys, Fight Club.
The Others is one of my favorites. When is it coming to Bluray?
Sometimes I wish you could get a partial movie lobotomy and see a movie again for the first time.

Not too sure Seth. I watched the Illusionist after the Prestige and I enjoyed it.
Prestige is still my favorite, though.

You never saw fight club? Wow! Such an awesome movie. I would also highly recommend Memento, the village, the game, seven, etc. David Fincher and M. Night movies are all golden.

M. Night? Golden? lol He hasn't made a decent movie since The Sixth Sense. And he is nowhere near the level of genius that is Fincher and Nolan.

I can say I've personally enjoyed all the movies I have watched...the sixth sense, the happening, lady in the water, the village, and signs (my favorite). The only movie I recall not enjoying was unbreakable, but I don't care about comics so that might have something to do with it.

Dude first rule of fight club; you don't talk about fight club. Especially about it being in your Netflix queue.

Some of these are not going to be just like The Prestige, but they have twists and misdirections:
Lucky Number Slevin
And from the other thread, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
I hope you've watched Fight Club by now.
If you haven't seen The Usual Suspects, you should put that next on your queue.
Batman: Under the Red Hood
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm
Saw (I absolutely hated the second one and have not seen any others besides the first, but the first is worth watching)
Hero
Donnie Darko
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
Pan's Labyrinth
A Beautiful Mind

If you're just looking for a movie with epic plot twists and ones that make you think like how the Prestige was made, I would have to recommend Lucky Number Slevin, The Illusionist, and maybe Sucker Punch.

As Dante suggested, Seth, Memento.
hell yest to that move.
Oh, and definitely Shutter Island, if you haven't seen it.
EDIT: I am stunned that I am the first person to suggest Shutter Island.
Seth, knowing what you like, please see this movie.
