I like the General Tsos, the Lo Mein, white\brown rice, dumplings, and Crab Rangoon oh and the Walnut Shrimp. I am sure there is more but that is what I can think of.
On another note my Brother-In-Law is Chinese and his parents were both born and lived in China for a good portion of their lives. He owned a real chinese restaurant in Chinatown in NYC for years. When we have family parties he sometimes brings rice and some other things. It tastes completey different but the rice is outstanding. I have been to real chinese restaurants with them and some of the stuff that is put on our table I just can't stomach. LOL

General Tso's Chicken and Peanut Chicken.
I also love Fried Dumplings with some soy sauce and Crab Rangoons. Lo Mein is usually a pretty solid stapled for me as well.

The things they do with sauces amaze me. I just found the honey chicken not too long ago. I've been digging on that for something new.

Chicken Fried Rice for sure and the BBQ Chicken on a Stick whenever I can find it. And the FORTUNE COOKIE! Man, I live for those things, even though my fortunes generally suck.

I am a simple man: chicken lo mein, wonton soup and some egg rolls and I am good.
