Today's Goodwill store find

We usually go in the goodwill once every few weeks or so to see if they have any retro game stuff for cheap. I've found some insane deals like that in the past there, like Earthbound for $3. Today, no retro games, but we did find this TV for $31.



Sign said it "needs work". Husband turned it on in the store and got a display, so he went ahead and bought it. He's good at fixing crap like that. We get it home, try it out with the PS3 and it's fine. Tried it out with other systems on HDMI, composite, component, s-video, and coax and it all works fine. Only issue is the down button on the TV doesn't always work and there is some weird little black spot at the very top you only notice if you've got a very light, solid screen up.

It's a 32" Polaroid. Not beat up at all, 2 HDMI inputs, 2 composite, 2 component, 1 s-video, 1 VGA inputs.

We're already getting a big HDTV for the living room here in a few weeks, but this will be a nice upgrade from our little 19" CRT in the bedroom.

Very nice find. I was in Goodwill today, and they had a bunch of crappy old Xbox games for $10 each

I'm thinking that Goodwills in the U.S. are better than the ones up here in Canada; I never see anything good there.

My wal mart has LG and Sammy blu ray players for 80$ The LG one has wi fi and netflix installed...im probably going back tonight and get that bad boy.

Thats what mine would look like if i hadnt moved 12 times in the last 5 years and lost and sold most of my stuff
