Waht are your plans for tomorrow with your dad(or if you're a dad)? I live 4 hours apart from my parents now, so I'll just give mine a call. But I am going up there on Wed. for a camping trip with them!  |

I can't do a lot because I'm recovering from surgery, but we're having my father-in-law over and my wife is going to get us some barbecue from a local joint. For dessert, key lime pie. Should be a great day.  Happy Father's Day to any other dads here, and to your fathers and grandfathers. |

I spent it with my wife and in-laws. We went to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Lots of fun! But 105 all afternoon.... ugh. Suffice to say we went on lots of water rides. My dad lives 1000+ miles away from me, so I didn't get to see him. I did give him a call, though. |

We just hung around the house and hit the pool. It was a nice relaxing day until my wife got a stomach virus and then it was not so much. I'm waiting to see if it hits me today. I think that it is going to shortly.  |

Little late to this party but on that particular day we opened our pool (it is one of those supposed quick set deals, 18' diameter by 52" deep) so my wife had family over and we had a pool party with chicken wings, baked beans, chips and dip, etc. Oh and some beers and Rum and Cokes. It was a very nice Sunday afternoon/evening.
