Have any of you had to deal with account theft through Microsoft before? It is the most irritating thing. I had my GT stolen and my paypal hacked both at the same time (for which I blame the PSN hackings and my stupidity for having the same account info on multiple things). It's been a month now and still the only thing they can tell me is that it's "pending." They refunded the money the person stole from me (over $150) 2 weeks ago. Each time I call up there the person gives me a completely different time frame. XD The first guy said 7-10, the next one said to wait another week, and I just called today and this guy said to call back in another 2-3 weeks if I still haven't heard anything.
It's just frustrating. And I want to play 360 games.

Wow that sucks Kinikko! Hope they get it squared away soon. I never dealt with that but yea id be quite annoyed as well.

Ugh what a mess, I wish you the best and hopefully things will get straightened out soon. It always seems like you are getting punished by the company when this kind of stuff happens.

Thanks, yeah and I hope so too. I don't even know why I haven't gotten my email yet, they refunded my money 2 weeks ago. So it's not like they're having doubts about my claim or something. I just wish I could get a straight answer out of someone. There's gotta be an average time frame or something when this stuff happens. >.> Update: OMG finally I got my email!
