Battlefield 3 to offer a slew of new features

EA will reportedly have a slew of new features available to try at E3 including both single player and multiplayer gameplay and a playable multiplayer map.

Teased on the Battlefield Blog were the following features:

• The ability to go prone
• Temporarily disabling vehicles
• Mountable Weapons
• Team Deathmatch
• Co-op Campaign

Gah Why is all the producers deciding to realease gawdly games when im broke?! Prone is probably going to be the best feature, as i can snipe and be more tactical with it. Especially since it looks like we are in like a city of some sort.

Prone info is so old, but very cool beyond that. Can/'t wait.

Oh man do I second this!! I was hoping that the new Call of Duty would have co op campaign but they will not. Since I like Battlefield a lot more this news is pretty awesome that at least there will be a co op campaign. Let's go split screen.
