I think its better than Two Worlds II actually, i feel both are in the mediocre range but its a decent Gothic game. Im playing and while its not perfect im not sure why it got bashed so badly, it may of sucked on the 360 though so im not sure.
But im enjoying it a good bit, i think its definitly a game to check out if you enjoyed Divinity II and Risen.

I really liked Gothic. Wasn't a big fan of Two Worlds or Two Worlds 2. For some reason I couldn't never really get into them. Gothic I had a lot of fun with and by the end I was wishing for more. Definitely a good game.

Yea i been just buzzing around and it seems that more of the review sites bashed it, but that the member reviews are a little more positive.
Theres nothing inherently wrong with the game. Pretty good looking overall, gorgeous at times id say with the scope of view, pretty fun traversing the world in this one...its not bad at all.

You know what, I think I remember what series you're talking about now.
I've been hearing a lot of buzz about the new one. However, I'm just still not sure what kind of genre it is.

Star its an rpg, but its just real time combat. But classic fantasy type stuff, traversing beaches, forests, mountains etc..its pretty fun.
Although there are alot of people that didnt dig it, i think its pretty good. Its just a fun game to see the world in front of you.

Going to bump this because i think its decent, was playing it for most of this afternoon. It may not rival Gothic 2, but if youre not too too picky you gotta give this game a spin.

Little of both PiT! See what i did there, called you PiT  Its a nice blend, you can roam and explore but its not like you can run across the whole world or you will get jacked up. You get nice big areas to explore and fun questing etc...its just not as deep as say Risen, i dont think. But i like it, although i got gothic 4 for 12 bucks on a sale so that makes it even more yummy! |
