The concept sounds pretty interesting. From what I understand, they can hear the singers, but not see them.

Yea they are creating teams, each judge gets 8 people on their team to work with. So the singers come out and sing with their backs to them, so its not about looks or performance, just the voice.
If they like what they hear they hit a button that spins the chair around and that means they will take that singer. But if more than 1 judge spin around, the singer gets to choose which judge they would rather work with.
Its pretty cool because the judges are cool people, that makes it alot more enjoyable.

Excellent show to tonight, but I don't like this elimination process. I love both girls on Blake's team they both have unique voices, as well as his rocker dude, the only one on Christina's team I would keep was the older rocker lady.

Javier Colon should win this competition. This dude sounds like a reincarnation of Babyface. Voice-wise, he is miles ahead of everyone else. It also doesn't hurt that 3 of the four judges are soul singers.

I had to DVR it, will probably watch it some time today. It was dragging out so much in the beginning of the show, and I didn't quite understand the whole process of it. They didn't explain it as far as I watched.

Well we will see who is going home soon enough, I hope Dia and Xenia stay. Btw Dia has several albums out, her and her sister have been putting out music for years, group is simply named Meg & Dia.

Love that Beverly made it through. Frenchie did well, but I'm not sure if I like her voice. It might have been the song she sung but it was really screechy to me.
For tonight's performances... Imma go with Vikki and Nakia on Cee-Lo's team, and Casey and Javier on Adam's team. A lot of performances were really boring tonight (I didn't like Cee-Lo's song choices very much).

The blind auditions were great, the battle rounds were solid, though some of the picks imo were crazy. Not feeling the live shows.
Some of the song choices have been very bad. I was very curious when the show was starting but now I don't know, I'm not liking the live shows. Javier is great I'll agree, but honestly some of the people left over from the battle rounds were not better choices imo. Nakia being one of them, I thought the other guy won. And I really thought the rocker lady you guys keep mentioned got beat out by the guy she faced. I will say though, for most of the battles the voice quality was really good.
I don't know, the live shows just aren't doing it for me now. I think part of the reason is as I mentioned I really thought some of the battle picks were bad. But secondly it's become more silly with all the fog machines. Take the guy who did Use somebody, I was fine with him bringing his guitar out there, I like it (liked Dia playing piano) but he just tossed it after like 15 seconds and I think it just kinda messed him up.
I was surprised Blake picked Xenia, but his team isn't really the one I care about, though Dia was easily the best from his group that night. Christina's team I'm not a huge fan of now. Rocker lady did well last week (but I think she should of been gone before) she actually did more than more or less yell. Lily on sheer emotion did alright (but I think she should have been gone during the battle rounds too). No opinion on Frenchie or Raquel really. I guess Raquel did ok, though she needs a bit more time I think.
Cee-Lo's team now save the guy who beat afro guy (who should have lost to begin with) I can hardly ever remember. I'll have to see their performances as I only caught the end, but I wasn't super enthused about any of them. Hopefully I'll change my mind after finishing the other night's episode.
Edit as I watch: The sisters did solidly, though I'm not sold on the song. I think their strongest point is that they are two of them though.
Not really liking Nikia still....
Honestly the only team I care about now is Adam's team. He just has some great singers. Jenkins didn't do well the other night so I imagine he's out. But honestly I'm liking what Javier has (he goes a bit overboard sometimes when keeping it simpler could be better) and the pre-med guy who's names escape me isn't too bad either. Casey did bring it this week though. I think she'll be the other one from Adam along with Javier as someone said.
Edit: I have to say that was great that Blake went and bought Casey's song right after she sang it.
Jeff did better than I was led to believe, but I think he's probably still losing to Casey.
Edit: And I'm not liking all the background dancers, I mean the whole point of the show was voice not how good of a stage presence one has.
Edit 3.5: I will say though, my favorite singing show is The Sing Off, the a capella stuff is really cool and a lot of the groups have several solid singers. Hopefully this next season has a group as good as one in the last season.

Nakia..ouch he sounded horrible IMO.
Dia ....freakn love her.
Casey, not her best, but I would buy an album from her.

Beverly, I really enjoy the head bobbing lady
Javier..did not like.
Xenia, absolutely love her voice.
Vicci, didn't like the song but she had an excellent performance and she has a very good voice.
Should be interesting to see who makes it through tomorrow night
